Taking dry fruits using sunscreen and with sufficient sleep,
you cannot get a good young and healthy skin, besides this, there are so many
things with which you can keep your skin healthy and young.

Pollution and sun rays make the skin dull and dark. So your skin should have a repairing mechanism which works whole day including night,
so that you can get a healthy and refresh morning. Therefore you should take at
least these steps to keep your skin healthy.

SUNSCREEN
There is no better way to protect your skin with a good
quality of sunscreen. Few years back sunscreens were oily, sticky and makes a
white coat over the skin Ooh God... But now-a-days advanced types of sunscreens
and herbal creams are available in the market, according to your skin tone. You
can get different sunscreen for dry, oily, and any other type skin.
Mineral and milk base, aloevera, chandan mix sunscreens are
good choice. While applying sunscreen you should keep its amount correctly. It
should be applied over the face, hand, legs , neck or any other parts which is open
to sun exposure.
3. TAKE
REST/SLEEP
Do you take proper sleep, Yes or No??? If your answer is Yes
Thumps Up for you. But If you are facing busy schedule and your commitments
does not allow you to take proper sleep the alarm bell for you. Proper sleep
does not only affect your health but it also affects your skin. Dark circles,
skin rashes, dehydration and over-weight are also related to this.
To stay young and healthy forever, take proper sleep of at
least 7 to 9 hours. Make schedule of your daily work and try to follow it, at
your sleeping time. You can take a nap when you are free.
Try to avoid coffee. It inhibits your sleep. You should
switch off your lights while sleeping and make the room complete dark. Do not
put your mobile phone with you because WhatsApp and Twitter are going to
disturb you whole night.

You should fix your exfoliation program on your weekends.
Scrubbing will remove your dead skins and it will give get a fresh look.
Make your scrubbing schedule
-> Never scrub more than three to five minutes, otherwise
it will remove natural oil from skin and make it dry.
-> Use scrub with small granules. Large granules can make
rashes to your skin.
-> Mix barley
flour with milk and honey, apply it to your face. Scrub it for not more than 10
minutes. It will remove your dead cells and make skin clear.
5. WATER
Take adequate amount of water, it will keep your body
hydrated and does not makes your skin dry. According to the experts, three
elements are necessary to be in the moisturizing creams i.e. ceramides,
glycerine, and halloronic acid. Any of these things makes moisturizer
effective. Moisturizer should be applied on the wet skin so that it can be
absorbed easily. You should use water filter paper at your shower so that your
skin maintains moisturizer. Hard chemicals present in water absorb the
moisturizer of the skin and result in skin irritation .
The balance of water in your skin makes it shiny. You should start your day with a glass of
water and drink at least 8 glasses of water each day.
6. DOUBLE BEAUTY CREAM
After age of 30 you need such creams that renovate your skin
cells such as anti-wrinkle creams, night creams and skin serum. This cream
relaxes your skin that is affected by pollution and harmful sun rays. Use good
quality of night cream. If you are aged you should mix skin serum with night cream.
Now a day combination of sunscreen and anti-aging day creams
give a better result. It removes the minute skin lines and help to maintain the
moisturizer.
